1. Web Hosting Services

We stand behind the quality of our hosting services. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new hosting plans. If you cancel your hosting account within the first 14 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund.

Please note: Domain name registrations, domain transfers, and third-party software licenses are non-refundable.

2. Custom Design & Digital Marketing Services

Due to the nature of custom creative and marketing work, fees for web design, UI/UX development, digital marketing campaigns, and SEO services are non-refundable once work has commenced. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that resources, time, and expertise are immediately allocated to your project. If you decide to cancel a custom project before any work has started, a refund may be issued minus any applicable payment processing fees.

3. Payment Processing & Timelines

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (PayPal or Paymob). Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
